On Saturday March 12th, 2016 Upper Makefield Firefighters were dispatched to the 800 block of Dolington Road for a reported Shed & Garage Fire. Chief 71 arrived to find a Shed with heavy fire along with a 2-story Garage with heavy fire that had extended inside. There was also a 100lb propane tank located between the Shed and Garage that was venting. Upon arrival of the FD, multiple hand lines were placed in-service to protect exposures & extinguish the fire. Tankers were used to bring water to the scene. Crews placed the fire under control approximately 45 minutes after dispatch.
